Susan E Foster is a mother, author and speaker. Throughout her books, Susan reveals uncommon acts of kindness from strangers she refers to as Ordinary Angels. During her darkest moments of Domestic Abuse recovery and surviving the loss of her youngest son to suicide, these beings unexpectedly appear. A graduate of The University of Texas School of Journalism, Susan writes compelling narratives hoping readers discover the Ordinary Angels in their own lives. Against very difficult odds, Susan and her three oldest children have pushed through their greatest life challenges and hopelessness. You can too!
By sharing her personal story of survival and faith, in her first book, Charming Impossibles: How Ordinary Angels Help Free the Hopelessly stuck, Susan reveals how the web of confusion is spun around abuse, and works to inspire healthy change for men, women, and children to help them overcome and heal.
In her second book Inside His locked Box: The Marshall Racing Project 33 Story, Susan gives voice to her late son, John Marshall Foster who, at 21 years of age, committed suicide following a miraculous recovery from a harrowing motorcycle accident. It was not the accident that led him to end his life. It goes much deeper. Marshall was battling thoughts of suicide long before the crash. What followed piloted the launch of The Marshall Racing Project 33 (MRP33), a special event benefitting Mental Health Awareness created in Marshall’s memory by founder, Ever Gomez, one of Marshall’s Ordinary Angels.
